SSD 3.0 · why this matters
The model proposes. The harness enforces.
Agentic coding moved from the prompt to the harness. SSD 2.x asked the model to follow the rail. SSD 3.0 runs the rail: executable gates, grants that live outside the repo, one use, bound to a snapshot, and a ship command only a human runs. Doctor and resume keep the work after an interruption. The eval harness names what it proved.

Live model runs, the five-user pilot, and an in-session load of AGENTS.md are NOT_RUN. A row that did not run is not a pass. True as of 12 October 2026, skills main at c6dd481: pull request #58 is on main, untagged, with no GitHub release. The boundary is what’s in 3.0, and what is not. A claim carries a date: True As Of.
